The program required a custom steel gear for tractor and agricultural machinery. Tooth-related hole positioning controlled assembly performance on the mating parts.
Two side holes had to align precisely—one between gear teeth and one on a tooth center—while the original drawing needed engineering clarification before a stable process route could be locked.
Zhuocheng manufactured the gear in 42CrMo5 alloy steel using CNC machining with multi-axis positioning, fixture planning and dimensional inspection against the print.
Samples were validated on customer equipment. Batch production and continued repeat orders followed.
