What file formats do you accept for quoting?
For accurate and timely quotes, we accept 3D CAD files in STEP, STP or IGES format. 2D drawings with reference dimensions must be in PDF format. We can also work with DWG, STL and ZIP archives.
Can you help optimize my design for manufacturing?
Yes. While we do not offer standalone product design services, we provide manufacturing design reviews for all approved orders.
How do you protect my design confidentiality?
We take confidentiality seriously. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before reviewing customer drawings.
How do I know which product category my part fits into?
Send the drawing and application notes via RFQ. Our engineering team will map the part to the best process route.
Materials & Production

What materials do you work with?
We regularly machine stainless, carbon/alloy steel, aluminum, copper alloys, titanium and engineering plastics. Other materials can be reviewed from your drawing.
Can I use my own materials (customer-supplied material)?
Yes. Customer-supplied materials are acceptable when compatible with our machines and processes.
What manufacturing processes do you offer?
In-house capabilities include Swiss-type CNC turning, CNC turning, CNC milling, turn-mill, automatic lathe, precision gear manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Tolerance depends on part geometry, material and process. Mark critical features on the drawing; engineering confirms feasibility during quotation.
How do you ensure the quality of my parts?
Orders follow IQC, FAI, IPQC, OQC and traceability aligned to the agreed inspection plan.
What inspection equipment do you have?
Inspection resources include CMM, optical/vision systems, micrometers, surface roughness and hardness testers as applicable.

What types of surface finishing do you offer?
In-house deburr/clean/polish support plus partner routes for anodizing, plating, powder coating, passivation and heat treatment.
Can you provide passivation for stainless steel parts?
Yes. Passivation is available for stainless steel components when specified.
What secondary finishing options are available?
Powder coating, anodizing, plating, sandblasting, brushing, polishing, QPQ, heat treatment and related finishes can be quoted from the drawing.
What salt spray resistance can you achieve?
Salt spray performance varies by finish type and specification; test reports are available on request.
Do you offer marking and engraving?
Yes — laser engraving, CNC engraving, silk screen, chemical etching and pad printing depending on geometry.

How long does it take to get a quote?
In most cases we respond within 24 hours of a complete RFQ package.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead time depends on complexity, material and quantity. Exact timing is confirmed at quotation.
Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?
No strict MOQ. Prototype through high-volume programs are supported.
Do you support prototype and sample production?
Yes. Prototype validation, pilot batches and long-term production programs are supported.
Where is your factory located and how do you ship?
Our factory is in Shenzhen, China. We ship worldwide via express and freight with export documentation.
