Quality Before Production
Material verification (IQC) and First Article Inspection (FAI) happen before mass production — not just at final inspection.
From Material to Delivery — Quality at Every Step

Zhuocheng operates a structured quality control system certified to ISO 9001:2015. Every production order follows a five-stage quality process: Incoming Material Inspection (IQC), First Article Inspection (FAI), In-Process Inspection (IPQC), Final Quality Inspection (OQC), and full traceability — ensuring every part meets drawing requirements.
Material verification (IQC) and First Article Inspection (FAI) happen before mass production — not just at final inspection.
IPQC monitors dimensional stability, tool wear and critical tolerances during production — not just at final inspection.
Every order is traceable from material batch to inspection records to operator — supporting audits and customer reviews.
Verification of material certificates, specifications, dimensions and appearance before production begins.
Complete verification of drawing requirements and critical dimensions before production proceeds.
Periodic inspection of dimensions, tool wear and process parameters during production.
Final dimensional inspection, appearance check, quantity verification and packaging confirmation before delivery.
Full lot traceability — drawing version, material batch, production date, equipment, inspector and records.
Dimensional inspection report, FAI report, material certificate and final inspection report available per request.
Material certificates (MTC) verified and available for customer review.
First Article Inspection report documenting all critical dimensions and features.
Complete dimensional inspection report with measured values and tolerances.
Report on surface finish thickness, color and salt spray test results where applicable.
Comprehensive final inspection report covering dimensions, appearance and quantity.
Sample inspection reports available (with sensitive information removed) for supplier evaluation.
Every order follows five stages: IQC (incoming material), FAI (first article), IPQC (in-process), OQC (final inspection), and full traceability — all under ISO 9001:2015.
Yes. FAI is standard before production proceeds. All critical dimensions and features are verified against drawing requirements.
Yes. Dimensional inspection report, FAI report, material certificate, surface treatment report and final inspection report are available per request. Sample reports (with sensitive info removed) can be provided for supplier evaluation.
Non-conforming parts are segregated and documented. Root cause analysis is performed and corrective actions implemented. Quality-related rework or replacement is provided free of charge.
Yes. Every order is traceable from material batch to production date, equipment, inspection records and operator information.
